Women Inside Trade & Development is an international, private, independent, non-political and non-profit organization that aims to contribute to the empowerment of women through its global network of professionals, specialized training and leadership development.
Inspired by international initiatives such as the International Trade Center’s SheTrades, WIT was founded in 2017 to draw attention to the gender gap that still exists in Brazil and in the world when it comes to international trade.
Currently, the network is made up of approximately 260 members from different levels in the international and national public, private and academic sectors.
